Rui Tomatsu’s clique

A clique of Puellae Magi centred around the nefarious Rui Tomatsu, who has forced several former members of Mitakihara’s High track and field club into making a contact on her behalf.

The Conductors

The former members of a defunct organization dedicated to devising ways of protecting people from Witches without engaging with the incubators, now seeking to reclaim their former glory by any means necessary.

The Family

Characters associated with an organized crime syndicate that formerly dominated the Mitakihara underground and has close ties to all the strange goings-on in the city, but is now struggling to remain relevant.

The Argent Sisterhood

A community of Puellae Magi formed by Aoi Hikarizaka, seemingly with the goal of creating and fostering a safe haven for Puella Magi incapable of fending for themselves.

The Birds of Fujiwara

An ostensibly average family in Mitakihara whose members live double lives as seemingly omniscient information brokers.

Kamihama

Characters who appear in the Mitakihara Original side story, “The Coven of Kamihama”.
